FEED QUALITY AND SAFETY POLICY:

Resilient a.s., within the framework of the established GMP+ system, carries out only commercial activities – it purchases agricultural commodities and ensures their supply to its customers. The company does not store or process the commodities included in the system.

Leadership of the company has established the following quality policy regarding its business activities:

1. To provide business activities according to requirements of customers.

2. Conduct market research so that the information obtained provides the company with commercial attractiveness for customers, especially with regard to the GMP+ system.

3. Ensure the fulfilment of requirements of Czech and EU legislative regulations in all activities, including ensuring the health and safety of transported products (GMP+).

4. To create appropriate working conditions, to provide the necessary qualifications, to motivate employees and thus create the prerequisite for ensuring continuous improvement in meeting customer requirements.

5. Pay attention to internal and external communication.

6. All activities are conducted in such a way that all principles of environmental protection are respected.

7. Incorporate ethical considerations into their activities.
