Rastislav Pagáč

Rastislav Pagáč has 15 years of experience in international law and business. He was active in legal consultancy business as well as an in-house counsel in major Central European listed bank and international energy company. He has practical experience in the area of investment banking regulations, international contracting and company law. Over the course of his engagements, he was responsible for the management of legal and regulatory affairs in several jurisdictions on 4 continents with a particular focus on projects located in CIS countries. Mr. Pagáč holds LLM in International Business Law from the Tilburg University and he is fluent in English and Russian.
